Refund Policy

LoAt The Icon India, we strive to provide a transparent and professional experience to all participants and clients. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before registering or making any payment.

1. Registration & Participation Fees

  • All registration fees, participation charges, and audition entry fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, under any circumstances.

  • This applies regardless of withdrawal, disqualification, or inability to attend the event due to personal, medical, or professional reasons.

2. Event Postponement or Rescheduling

  • In case an event is postponed or rescheduled due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., government regulations, natural calamities, safety concerns), registrations will automatically be moved to the next available edition of the event.

  • No monetary refunds will be issued; however, participants will retain their eligibility for the rescheduled pageant.

3. Event Cancellation by Organizer

  • If an event is permanently canceled by The Icon India, participants will be eligible for either:

    • A transfer of registration to another event, or

    • A partial refund (at the discretion of the management, after deducting applicable administrative charges).

4. Disqualification or Misconduct

  • If a participant is disqualified due to violation of rules, code of conduct, or providing false/misleading information, no refund will be provided.

5. Other Services (Workshops, Training, Grooming Sessions)

  • Payments made towards grooming, training, or workshops are also non-refundable.

  • In case of rescheduling, participants may be adjusted in the next available batch/session without extra charges.

6. Mode of Refund (If Applicable)

  • In rare cases where a refund is approved (as per Section 3 above), it will be processed within 15–30 working days via the original mode of payment or any alternate method agreed upon by both parties.
