1. Eligibility
Participants must meet the age, category, and other requirements as specified for each pageant. Proof of age and identity (valid government-issued ID) may be required.
Participants must be of sound health and free from any legal or contractual obligations that may prevent their participation.
Employees, associates, and family members of The Icon India team may not be eligible to participate unless specifically allowed.
2. Registration & Fees
All registrations must be completed through official channels mentioned on the Website or by authorized representatives.
Registration fees (if applicable) are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in disqualification without refund.
3. Participation Rules
Participants must comply with event schedules, rehearsals, grooming sessions, and other requirements communicated by the organizers.
Any misconduct, misrepresentation, abusive behavior, or violation of pageant rules may result in immediate disqualification.
The Company reserves the right to change event dates, venues, or formats due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, safety concerns, government restrictions).
4. Judging & Results
Judging criteria will be communicated prior to or during the pageant. The decision of the jury panel is final and binding.
No requests for re-evaluation, disputes, or challenges regarding results will be entertained.
5. Media Release & Intellectual Property
By participating, contestants grant The Icon India the unrestricted right to use their name, image, photographs, videos, voice recordings, and likeness for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes across all media platforms, without additional compensation.
All content created during events (photography, videography, designs, logos, scripts, etc.) remains the intellectual property of The Icon India.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants must uphold dignity, professionalism, and discipline throughout the event.
Consumption of drugs, alcohol abuse, or involvement in unlawful activities during the pageant period is strictly prohibited.
Any violation may lead to immediate termination of participation and legal action if required.
7. Prizes & Titles
Winners will be entitled to titles, crowns, sashes, certificates, or rewards as declared by the Company.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly mentioned.
The Company reserves the right to revoke titles if post-event misconduct or violation of terms is discovered.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company will take reasonable precautions to ensure safety during events; however, it will not be liable for personal injury, loss, theft, accident, or damage to property during participation.
Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and personal expenses unless otherwise stated.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data collected during registration will only be used for pageant administration, communication, and promotional purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share participant information with unauthorized third parties.
10. Amendments
The Icon India reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued participation or use of the Website after such changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
